- I Would Describe Myself As Love to ride, Ride to Live. I live everyday to the fullest !!! there are plenty of beautiful places to see in the Colorado Springs area!!! Now don't let that number fool you!!! I work out 3-4 times a week. It consists of the following: 6000 sit-ups. 20 minutes on a bicycle, 50 floors at 5 floors per minute, 5000 meters on a row machine 500 meters every 2 minutes 30 seconds, 10-12 weight machines, and finally 20 laps in a 50 meter pool. Then I hit the Jacuzzi for 15 minutes and Dry sauna afterwards . I'm in great shape!!!
